The Bloomfield Development Corporation has completed a five-year vision and community plan for Bloomfield. The plan is a community supported, strategic plan that includes the business and residential area of Bloomfield. The process was based on community input garnered through public meetings, focus groups, and other outreach strategies that engaged people around the questions:

• How do you see Bloomfield emerging over the next five years?
• What do you like most about Bloomfield?
• What do we need to do in the next five years to ensure that the community remains healthy and vital?
