Become a Heartsaver for Valentine’s Day
The West Penn Allegheny Health System STAR Center and the CCAC Public Safety Institute will be providing free Heartsaver CPR and AED training for the community in honor of Valentine’s Day and Heart Health Month.
Courses are two hours, with the first one starting at 9 a.m. and the last course at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9. Courses will be held at the STAR Center, Pittsburgh’s only accredited simulation training center, located at 4900 Friendship Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15224.
No pre-registration is required, and course completion cards will be issued on the day of the course. For more information, please contact the STAR Center at 412-578-5476.

Chrissy, The STAR Center offers this every year around Valentines Day. It’s offered every 2 hours starting at 9am on February 9th. Although, the 9am gets the most people so if you can make it later it will probably be better.
