Guardian Storage Locks of Love Event

Posted by John Carman on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 9:00 AM

Guardian Storage Solutions is proud to announce that on Sunday, August 7, 2011, they will be hosting their Locks of Love charity benefit. This event will feature free haircuts to anyone donating a ponytail. There will be a 50/50, basket raffle, music and free food. This is a free event and anyone may attend weather donating hair or not. All proceeds and donations will benefit Locks of Love.

Locks of Love is a non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children suffering from long-term medical hair loss due to alopecia areata, which has no known cause or cure. Others have suffered severe burns or injuries or endured radiation treatment to the brainstem. These wigs help to restore their self-esteem and confidence, enabling them to face the world.

To learn more about Locks of Love, visit LocksofLove.org or GuardianStorage.com to learn more about their commitment to help the communities in which we live and work. For questions or donation information, please contact Brittany Wetzel at (412) 441-7368 or ca@GuardianStorage.com.
