ART IN BLOOMFIELD
The BBA was selected by the Sprout Fund to produce a mural on the Cedarville side of the Bloomfield Drug Store. A committee consisting of local businessmen and community members is in place to design the mural. Painting on the mural will begin in July, starting with a kick-off block party on July 5, 2007 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Cedarville and Liberty, the sight of the mural. Look for the completed mural to be unveiled during “Little Italy Days” Festival on September 28, 29 and 30.
The sprout fund currently has 31 enduring works of public art that enhance the urban landscape.
